Like your parents and grandparents had, rather than the elaborate materialistic shebang that folks have the rest of the time? If so, what will you be doing differently?

Actually my grown daughters and extended family became more interested in the material items at Christmas and we lost the Christ in Christmas,, the forgiveness, the loving fun and fellowship, so we did a reassessment about what we wanted our Christmas to be like. We now do white elephant or Chinese Christmas with the extended family. We have a feast, play lots of rowdy card and board games, invite friends to join us and then we MAKE A WONDERFUL MEMORY..that’s whats important to me. No more but I didn’t get such and such because the emphasis is not on the gifts but on the fellowship.
