Creating Intamate Christmas Customs With Your Lover

Christmas customs are celebrated differently in every culture and often in every household. If you are just forming a relationship or you have recently been married married, then you should consider creating your own Christmas customs.

You could easily borrow customs that are common from around the world, but you also might want to make some up all on your own. Of course, you probably already have some customs you have been celebrating from your childhood. Why not recreate memories and make new ones together, by meshing your customs with the customs of your loved one?

In France, the Christmas trees are decorated with red bows and white candles. You might think this is beautiful and decide to copy this custom. You could also decorate your tree in one or two sets colors (red & green, silver and gold, and burgundy and hunter are popular choices) or you could become truly festive and have an adult themed tree. Place erotic ornaments on your tree to show the true festive nature of your holiday. Of course, if family is coming over you might want to have that naughty tree hidden. You could buy a small tree and place it in your bedroom to add an interesting and festive twist to your bedroom.

Some areas such as Russia and other countries celebrate the season of Christmas on different days. You might choose a special day in December to have as your own special celebration from family and friends. If you decide to purchase any adult presents this would be the perfect time to pass out those presents.

If you have family or friends that will be staying with you for the holidays, you might want to have your special Christmas celebration before they come. This will allow an entire evening of celebration where you open your special presents and test them out on one another.

Of course, a great idea would be to create a romantic gift giving tradition. Many people are often hesitant when it comes to buying romantic or adult themed items out of fear of knowing if their partner will like the items. However, you could spend an evening shopping online together. Make a list of the things that you are fond of and have your lover do the same. At the end of the night you can exchange lists.

You might decide to choose one couples item that you have both chosen and buy that one for you both. Additionally, you might decide you both get one present or you might want to choose a basic dollar limit for presents. This will allow you a chance to go through the list and buy your lover something naughty that you will be absolutely certain they will enjoy. You might be thinking that they told you what to buy, and while that is true, it will still be somewhat of a surprise because your lover will not know what item that you bought them until its time to unwrap their present.

If you are not celebrating Christmas at your home this year you might decide to spend a romantic Christmas Eve together, unwrapping your presents and rekindling those special moments while creating new holiday memories and customs.

Other holiday customs revolve around celebrating family relationships and dinner feasts. This Christmas you might decide to begin cooking Christmas dinner together. Of course, if one of you cannot cook you might want to just provide moral support and set the table so that you don’t burn the dinner! If both of you can cook though the time you spend together in the kitchen will be sure to provide pleasant memories throughout the following year
