My mom made one in the 1980′s and I cannot find the fabric!
It’s a bear that you move into each room for every day in December until he finds Christmas.
It was a pattern, it was printed on the fabric. All she had to do was sew it to a different piece of fabric for the back part.
It did look more like a quilt-style. Around 3 feet tall… I hope that helps.

Was the one your Mom made pre-printed on the fabric? More information would be helpful. Was it like quilted or some thing? There are several patterns that can be found online for Christmas countdown calendars.
